Beaumont People are partnering with Tweed Heads 3PL to find a motivated Warehouse Leading Hand to help drive their daily operations and inspire a high-performing team. 3PL is a fast-growing third-party logistics provider, supporting a range of e-commerce and retail clients with warehousing, pick and pack, and distribution services. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Pick and pack orders with precision—set the standard for quality
• Prioritise tasks and maintain smooth workflow throughout the day
• Collaborate with management to meet deadlines and KPIs
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stocktakes
• Motivate and guide team members to foster a positive, productive environment
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Champion health and safety standards across all activities

What You Bring

• Proven experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally in a leadership role
• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable leading by example in a hands-on role
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset
• Forklift license (LF) is essential
• Experience with RF scanning and WMS is a bonus
