We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join a well-regarded company in the building materials industry, based in Moorebank. This hands-on role involves a combination of warehouse duties and customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on warehouse duties, including heavy lifting
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person
• Operate overhead cranes (training provided if required)
• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles
• Assist with stock handling and general warehouse upkeep

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Eagerness to learn and operate overhead cranes (training provided)
• Forklift licence is an advantage
• Reliable, safety-minded, and a collaborative team player
