With a strong reputation built on service, reliability, and produce quality, we’re expanding on the Gold Coast and looking for a Sales Representative who is passionate about food, fresh produce, and building long-term relationships with customers.

About the Role

As the Sales Representative – Gold Coast, you will play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of valued customers. You’ll work closely with chefs, hospitality operators, and business owners to provide fresh produce solutions that meet their needs. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of account management, new business development, and collaboration with our internal procurement and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients across the Gold Coast hospitality and foodservice sector.

New Business Development: Identify and secure new customers through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

Customer Solutions: Provide product recommendations, seasonal updates, and tailored pricing to help clients succeed.

Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service and communication, including prompt follow-up and proactive problem-solving.

Collaboration: Work closely with our procurement, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about local hospitality trends, seasonal produce availability, and competitor activity.

About You

Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (produce, foodservice, or hospitality sectors highly regarded)

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly across the Gold Coast region
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive, national business
Passion for fresh food, produce, and helping local businesses succeed
Current driver’s license required
