Technical Account Manager
Location: Sydney / Hybrid
Salary: $110K - 120k base + Super + $10K bonus

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead go-to-market execution of integrated solutions with third-party software partners
• Drive partner success and pre-sales engagements
• Manage and grow strategic software integration relationships
• Lead product rollouts, tech enhancements, and operational improvements
• Coordinate internal tech, product and support teams on integration delivery
• Contribute to product roadmap through partner insights and advocacy
• Support integration mapping with Technical Product Specialists
• Draft and enhance API documentation and deliver clear, proactive partner comms

What we’re looking for:

• Australian PR (minimum requirement)
• Good understanding of APIs and software integration
• 2–3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or similar role
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Proven experience leading technical projects or initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management
• Bonus if you’ve worked in Payments, SaaS, FinTech or platform-led businesses
