About QTFN

Queensland is Australia’s most naturally diverse state with more native plant and animal species than any other state or territory. With more than 85 percent of land in Queensland privately owned or managed, use and management of private land is critical to achieving sustainable environmental goals.

At Queensland Trust for Nature (QTFN) Biodiversity is our Business. We protect & enhance nature in Queensland through partnerships on privately owned land.

QTFN is an independent non-for-profit trust that partners to protect, enhance and restore property, increasing the privately owned protected land across Queensland. We capitalize on our long-term holdings and use environmental markets, education and research to demonstrate the importance and value of biodiversity and productive landscapes.
