About the Role
You’ll work behind the scenes to help projects run smoother, faster and cleaner. You’re someone who’s across the detail, quick to act and takes pride in helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
Keep project files, task trackers and schedules tight and tidy
Prepare reports, documentation and follow-ups
Support logistics and day-to-day project operations
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
Spot what needs doing - and do it, without waiting to be asked
Who This Role Is For
You’re someone who:
Has strong admin or office coordination experience (a project background is a bonus, not a must)
Works fast, accurately and confidently with systems and documentation
Obsessively tracks the detail, deadlines and follow-through
Brings energy, drive, and a sense of urgency to everything you do
Communicates clearly - professional, calm and friendly
Is proactive, positive and solutions-focused - you always find a way
Backs your team and naturally asks, “How can I help?”
