We’re working with a leading financial services organisation on the lookout for an experienced Change Analyst to support a high-impact customer resolution program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team focused on improving outcomes for customers through process uplift and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of change activities across a customer remediation or resolution program
• Conduct impact assessments and contribute to change planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications
• Work closely with project teams, risk/compliance, and business units to identify and manage change impacts
• Develop stakeholder and end-user training and support materials as required
• Assist with embedding new processes, tools, or behaviours within business teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst or Junior Change Manager, ideally within financial services
• Strong understanding of change management principles, with hands-on experience delivering change at a program or initiative level
• Exposure to customer remediation, complaints management, or customer resolution programs is highly desirable
• Background or familiarity with risk, compliance, or regulatory projects is a strong advantage
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and project teams
