We have been engaged by a privately owned wholesale business based in Melbourne's inner suburbs, as they look to appoint a Senior FP&A Analyst in a newly created role.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting stakeholders across Procurement, Distribution, Operations and IT, providing them with insightful and data driven financial information to help them increase efficiencies, performance and profitability.

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting and commercial advice.

• Develop and maintain KPIs to meet contract and customer reporting requirements
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational and financial performance
• Drive commercial and financial performance
• Manage and improve analytical and financial modelling tools and systems

You will have, experience working in a business partnering, commercially focused role where you support multiple stakeholders. You will posess advanced systems, communication and presentation skills and have a genuine ambition to progress and develop.

• Qualified CPA, CIMA or CA
• Ability to analyse data and provide guidance, including areas of opportunity and improvement
• Proven ability to engage, articulate and deliver financial and commercial information to a group of non-financial and non-commercial stakeholders
• Advanced skills in Excel
