About the Role
The Portfolio Change Manager (fixed term until 30 June 2026) will develop, implement and deliver change programs to support the pipeline of Information and Communication Services (ICS) projects delivering consistency in change approaches and templates across the projects.
The position’s key focus will be on developing a fit-for-purpose change management framework, including plans, templates, approaches, and interventions in collaboration with the FRV People and Culture team to support the delivery of the FRV ICS roadmap.
Additionally, the position will engage across all FRV including communications and learning teams, coach project change managers on the ICS change management framework and provide advice to projects without specialised change managers.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will have:
A relevant tertiary qualification (organisational change, human resources, organisational psychology) or substantial senior level experience in change management or a related field.
Certification in Change Management such as: CCMP; CMS, Prosci etc. (highly desirable)
Demonstrated experience in leading organisational transformational change as as part of the project team
Demonstrated experience in change projects, with multiple initiatives related to technology solutions and cultural realignments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience establishing, developing and nurturing relationships with relevant stakeholders at all organisational levels

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience
