This Development Analyst role presents an excellent opportunity to join an expanding commercial real estate group, leading the charge within a high-growth sub-sector.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing financials for a number of property development projects. Your core remit will include the following;

• Business partnering with development managers to assist with project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage accounting & commercial support for the full lifecycle of each project
• Drive cost tracking and analyse project profitability, delivering insights and analysis around variances, in order to assist decision making
• Handle development feasibility models
• Administer drawdowns, funding and associated compliance
• Look after any ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

You are a CA or CPA qualified Accountant (or working towards), with extensive experience in the property development and/or construction sector and with a background in project accounting and/or development accounting.

You'll also have a proven background in operational stakeholder engagement and advanced Excel skills (including financial modelling capability).
