This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio with flexible hours on offer!

The Role:

• Rockhampton portfolio - local properties!
• No trust accounting or invoicing
• No routine inspection!
• Process and follow up on maintenance orders
• Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
• Issue leases
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants

Monday - Friday only - NO SATURDAY WORK!

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
• Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
