ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our client’s successful real estate team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new property management business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the rental portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and building long-term client connections.
ABOUT YOU:
You are a confident communicator with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and administrative capabilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- A professional, polished presentation
- A track record of success in business development
- A current Certificate of Registration and a valid driver’s licence

- Salary up to $85K + super + generous commissions (based on experience)

- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the property management division

- Provide professional property management advice and solutions
