The person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management experience, and skills in leading and mentoring people. Responsibilities

Manage & maintain properties

Periodic, Entry & Exit inspections

Repairs and maintenance management

Arrears management

Rental increases and lease renewals

Insurance claims

QCAT preparation & attendance

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience

Exceptional written and verbal skills

Certificate of Registration and licence

Valid driver's licence

Proficiency in Console, Console Go, Inspect Real Estate, Vaultre, RP Data, Ignite, Docusign
