This is an IN office job, and we are unable to provide any Remote Working/Working from home conditions. This Salary is negotiable both below & above advertised figures as depending on the hours agreed upon between both parties & experience you have within the service industry OR even more so if you have experience within the garage door industry.
Experience within the Service Industry (preferred & highly regarded).
While we are looking for someone full time, we are open to negotiation on Start/Finish times should we find the right fit to GGDS.
This role is available for immediate start however we are willing to work with you to find a suitable start date that fits your needs if you are not in a position to start right away.
At GGDS, we pride ourselves on customer service and efficiency, in this role you are the first point of communication with our customers Via Phone/Email. So, the ability to communicate professionally & promptly will be your greatest asset. While experience isn't necessary and we're happy to teach a motivated person the required skills to excel in this role.
Key Daily Tasks
Managing Phone Calls & E-mails.
Coordinating with Body Corporates, Real Estate, Tenants & Private customers to Book in Service Calls
Scheduling Replacement & New Door Installations With Private Customers, Tenants & Builders.
Data Entry
Invoicing
Basic Quoting
Managing Client Warranty Claims
Ordering of basic Stock when Required
House Keeping of Office
Misc Duties to keep jobs flowing and keep customer experience to a high level of satisfaction
Communicating with field staff to ensure Jobs run smoothly.
To Be Considered for this Role You Will Need:
The Ability to complete higher volumes of work under pressure. (Eg - Large numbers of phone calls at once).
Work in an environment both with others but also be comfortable working in the office on your own.
Be able to complete Daily/Weekly Tasks autonomously
Ability to problem solve & adjust the day as jobs times alter.
Strong time management skills
Connect well with both customer & field technicians
Be prepared to adapt and take on change as software programs advance.
