We are seeking a full time dental practice manager who is passionate, Motivated, friendly and dedicated to join out team and provide high quality dedication and work ethics to manage and lead in our dental practice's

The successful candidate will be required to work across our practices that are located on the Northern end of The Gold Coast, in Helensvale, Runaway Bay and Ashmore.

We are a family owned practice with long term patient base. We aim to provide high quality tailored dental treatments and positive patient experiences.

This role is designed for someone who works well under pressure and can juggle multiple task with initiative.

Duties include but are not limited:

Supervise and manage a dental team

Payroll

Staff coordination and training

Assist the practice manager

Rostering

Oversee the recruitment and hiring processes

An ability to see improvements and implement strategies/protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Skills and experience:

Experience in dental or medical practice management/front office coordination

2 years experience in chair side assisting is adventageous

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail

Time management skills

Exact software experience preferred but not limited
