About the Role
Our Fleet Services team is seeking an experienced administrative professional (preferably with contracts and procurement experience) with strong team work, customer service and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Reporting to the Fleet Management Advisor, your role will involve:
- Lead fleet procurement and contract management—ensure compliance, transparency, and value for money in sourcing fleet-related goods and services.
- Support strategic fleet initiatives—contribute to the delivery of capital projects and systems like GPS tracking, fleet booking, and key management.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders—deliver excellent customer service and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
About you
As a collaborative member of the Fleet Services team the position is accountable for engagement and support to relevant internal and external stakeholders. - Knowledge and application of fleet management procurement principles and practices relevant to fleet operations.
- Intermediate computing, numeracy and literacy skills.
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

- Intermediate research and analysis skills.
- Intermediate negotiation and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of the practical application of occupational health and safety measures in the workplace including hazard identification in an office environment.
