Your Role:
You will carry out tenancy and property management for a portfolio of mainstream and support tenancies in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act 1987 (RTA), program guidelines and organisational policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Allocation of properties including application processing, property viewings, offers of housing, in-going PCRs and signing up of new tenants.
Conducting property inspections, identifying and assisting in the resolution of tenancy and/or property issues.
Assist in the sustainability of tenancies by being responsive to indicators that a tenant may be at risk and providing referrals to support and appropriate information and advice.
Liaising with external stakeholders such as state government departments and support agencies.
Review and calculate rents.
Manage rental account arrears and other debts.
Manage end of tenancy processes, including vacancy maintenance, outgoing PCRs, vacated tenant accounts and former tenant debt recovery.
Ensure properties are maintained in line with budgets and asset management plans.

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual who has a sound working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act. Experience in a similar role is not essential but will be highly regarded. You will care deeply about making a meaningful impact on the lives of others and be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to work effectively with people facing challenges.
In this role, no two days will be the same so you will be organized, adaptable, and proactive as you manage competing priorities. You’ll bring excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a knack for compliance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
You will be tech-savvy and have a commitment to continuous business improvement. A valid WA Driver’s Licence and a clear National Police Check are essential.
