Safety Coordinator / HSEQ
Top tier Developer Builder
Based in South Sydney
$250M Project
$130-150K + Super
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Coordinator to join a leading developer-builder in South Sydney. You will play a key role in ensuring WHS compliance and fostering a strong safety culture across major construction projects, including a landmark $250M mixed-use development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
Responsible for compiling & reviewing health & safety documentation
Ensure safety legislation is adhered to by all site staff
Conduct safety talks, toolbox talks & site inductions
Conduct reviews and risk analysis
Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
Incident investigation and reporting
Liaise & report directly to WHS Manager
Requirements:
Candidates must be studying or have completed a Cert IV in OH&S
Candidates with a background in construction will be highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
Candidates must have full working rights in Australia
Candidates must be onshore in Australia
