They provide repair, maintenance, refurbishment, and fit-out services for residential, commercial & industrial sectors. The Work directly with insurance companies, intermediaries, strata, property managers and government departments,

Due to Increased workload, a newly created position has become available for an experienced HSEQ Manager who can manage and drive HSEQ Systems, Culture and Training.

Based in modern offices in South Sydney and reporting to the Board of Directors daily duties will include:

1. Provide advise around all things related to effective HSEQ Systems on multiple projects - mostly in NSW – with occasional projects in the ACT.
2. Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all parties – including the board of directors.
3. Proven knowledge on HSEQ processes / systems etc and solid experience in a similar role (minimum of 5 years)
4. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with the clients / /Site Supervisors / subcontractors / suppliers etc.
5. Qualifications in HSEQ or equivalent. (minimum Cert iv in workplace safety)
6. Up to date knowledge across a wide range of safety standards in the Construction Industry.
7. Microsoft Office / Office 365, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
8. Extensive report writing skills- you will be asked for examples an interview so be prepared.
9. Checkable references.
10. Valid NSW Drivers licence. Company car or car allowance will be provided so that you can visit sites as and when required.
11. Ability to pass pre-employment medicals / Police checks.
12. Experience in HammerTech / Procore etc would be advantageous.
