The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of residential properties, working alongside a team with administrative support.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

• It is compulsory that you hold a property representative licence

• Minimum 1 year experience within a property management department

• Excellent communication both verbally and written

• Dynamic and highly motivated

• Excel in customer service

• Enthusiastic, and enjoys challenges

• Self-motivated, positive and professional

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Current driver’s licence is essential
