THE ROLE:

• Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of up to 150 properties
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance coordination
• Liaise with landlords and tenants with confidence and care
• Advertise listings, conduct virtual or in-person inspections

ABOUT YOU:

• You hold a Tasmanian Property Representative Licence
• 1+ years of property management experience
• Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
