About the role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in small team environments and have the leadership skills to guide a small team to success? We're looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our growing telecommunications business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support all customer care responsibilities / activities
Handle customer enquiries, faults and complaints
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Train and coach staff to uphold best practices and company standards
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements
Additionally, as a small business we operate an environment where everyone does everything, so in addition you will:
Contribute to consumer and small business sales
Setup and onboard small business IP Phone systems
Provide backup for billing and provisioning tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment either with team leader or management experience OR you are ready to take that next step
Excellent computer skills (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Telecommunications industry experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
A can do and coachable attitude with a focus all about achieving the best outcome for the customer
