We are looking for an experienced and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. The role owns and drives sales growth of a portfolio of customers through proactive sales activity, account management and new business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Generate sales and profit growth through proactive outbound calls and campaigns, identify customer needs relevant to the Essentra product range and skillfully negotiate to secure new and increased business.

Manage inbound enquiries from customers within the designated portfolio, acting as the single point of contact.

Achieve established territory goals and projections: sales targets, new product sales, lead generation, new account openings and follow up.

Conduct market research and identify prospective and target customers.

Build brand equity across the customer portfolio by ensuring service excellence is delivered by ensuring Essentra is hassle-free to do business with at every interaction.

Build exceptional, mutually beneficial relationships with customers based on trust and respect and delivering on our promise.

Collaborate across internal and intercompany functions to facilitate customer needs.

Prepare sales report with data on sales analytics for decision making.

Provide customers with technical advice related to products; advise customers with expert knowledge of products.

Role Requirements:

A relevant qualification (preferably a Master's degree) in Sales/Business or a relevant domain. Extensive work experience can substitute this requirement.

At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role

Technical knowledge of component products is advantageous

Excellent communication skills

Self- motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Confident and energetic personality
