An opportunity has arisen to join the business and be part of a major CSG contract in Queensland for an experienced HSE Administrator on a FIFO 19:9 Roster.

Role
As part of the project team, you will be reporting to the Safety Manager. You will assist with providing key administrative support to the wider project team across all health and safety activities. A key requirement is to assist in health and safety reporting, as well as the end-to-end coordination of a range of health and safety initiatives and to support site personnel with travel/expense requirements.

You’ll play a key role in driving a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll support the Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, ensuring they stay ahead of regulations and create a safe, thriving work environment. From managing incident reports and risk assessments to helping shape our HSE strategies, this is an opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to making a difference every day

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role within a fast-paced environment
• Safety administration experience in a construction or similar heavy industry environment is highly regarded but not essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent computer literacy and data entry accuracy
• Experience in supporting a team/project
• Safety qualification (desirable but not essential)
