Your Role: Administration Operations Specialist

As demand for solar and battery installations surges—especially with the federal government’s “Cheaper Home Batteries” rebate launching July 1—we need an organised, proactive, and people-focused Administration Operations Specialist to keep things running smoothly across QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA.

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure stock is tracked, documents are processed, customers are kept informed, and installers have everything they need to deliver exceptional work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate solar + battery installation schedules, reschedules, and follow-ups

Support customers through post-installation processes and resolve issues professionally

Submit grid applications, rebate forms, and compliance paperwork across state and federal platforms

Upload documents into project databases, manage inboxes, and monitor installation timelines

Work closely with installers, retailers, and our warehousing team to ensure the right stock is available at the right time

Support basic finance tasks including payment claims, rebates, and invoicing

Liaise with customers, retailers, and stakeholders to ensure everything stays on track

What You’ll Bring

Strong admin and coordination skills—you love keeping things organised and accurate

Good work ethic and a willingness to jump in, ask questions, and learn quickly

Great communication skills, especially over email and phone

Microsoft Office know-how, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word

Confidence using systems and portals (we’ll teach you the rest!)

Experience in the energy or solar sector is a bonus but not required

A people-first mindset—you care about delivering great experiences, not just ticking boxes
