We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Accounts & Administration Support Officer to join our Finance team. This position plays an integral role in supporting day-to-day business operations through the delivery of high-quality administrative and accounts services, contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of the organisation

About the Role

The Accounts & Administration Support Officer provides critical support to the day-to-day operations of the LaserBond QLD site, with a primary focus on administrative and accounts-related functions. This role is responsible for assisting with a range of tasks including data entry, processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reporting requirements. Additionally, the position ensures that internal processes run smoothly by coordinating administrative activities across various departments and liaising with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information related to ongoing projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring accurate record-keeping, document management, and adherence to internal processes.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including data entry, debt collection, invoice processing, payments, purchase order tracking, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Internal communications and liaising with stakeholders to support smooth operational workflows and timely information sharing.
  • Maintain office systems and supplies, contributing to an organised and efficient workplace environment.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple administrative and accounts tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with confidence in using a range of office software and financial systems to support day-to-day operations.
