We are looking for a vibrant and mature Receptionist to join our team at Glenferrie Dental in Hawthorn. (no dental experience needed, all training will be provided). We are nestled in the very center of one of Melbourne's most vibrant and iconic strips.

Our friendly team are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are looking for someone who is able to grow with us and works well in a team environment.

About This Role
This position is part-time (nearly full time role [35+ hours a week]) 4 days per week 7.45am - 5.30pm. Essential availability Monday-Friday. Full-time position available dependent on candidate.

You will be joining a team which aims to provide a high standard of patient care. The ability to work in harmony with others is a very important quality we are looking for. You are the first point of contact for the patient, whether its face to face or over the phone so professionalism and excellent presentation is important and essential. You will at many times have to deal with numerous tasks concurrently and should be diligent in ensuring tasks are completed in full, with a sense of urgency.
