Business Development Manager
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our growing residential home building company. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a high performing team and directly with the CEO in a role critical to driving our sales success.
Based in Wheelers Hill, we build across Melbourne and select regional areas. With ambitious long-term plans, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about the building industry and wants to be part of a high performing team with long term goals.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with sales agents and property investment groups to generate sales. This is a hands-on role focused on results, partnerships, and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with sales agents and property investment groups
Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
Ensure timely communication and support to sales groups
Coordinate available stock and package information
Deliver a high level of service and follow-up
Assist with other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in property, building, or sales is highly regarded — but not essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
A positive, can-do attitude with a high standard of professionalism
What’s on Offer
$80,000 base salary + super
$1,000 commission per sale (plus super)
