As we are expanding, we're seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager in a hybrid role to lead the expansion of our B2B partner network in a truly greenfield opportunity and also have the chance to sell directly to end users.

Your Mission:

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the architect and driver of our partner program. You'll:

· Identify and recruit high-potential channel partners

· Inspire partners by showcasing the Trikon advantage during onboarding

· Empower partner sales teams with comprehensive training on our solutions and systems

· Identify potential sales opportunities, quote, and close

· Serve as the go-to expert, guiding partners through quoting and solution design.

· Proactively manage sales pipelines and foster strong, revenue-generating relationships for both direct and channel

Are You the Right Fit? We're Looking For:

· A seasoned Channel Manager or Business Development background (or similar B2B channel expert) with a hunter mentality

· 5+ years' experience, ideally within the IT or Print sectors.

· Deep familiarity with your local geographical IT channel landscape.

· An established network in IT, Print, or related fields.

· Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, problem-solving, and building rapport.

· A driven, proactive, and professional individual with a passion for success.

· (Bonus Points) Background in Telco, Networking, Web Solutions, or Surveillance.
