In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, expanding membership and exhibitor bases, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and initiate partnership opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to secure agreements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Organise site visits, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase event participation value.
• Mentor and train account managers and staff to enhance sales skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within events, exhibitions, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and strategically.
• Experience in the caravan/RV industry or professional sales/marketing certification is highly desireable.
