Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and management of the dealer network strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and support new dealership setup and onboarding processes.

Coordinate dealer compliance, contracts, and operational requirements.

Analyze dealership performance and provide reports to senior management.

Support internal teams with communication and coordination between dealers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Assist in planning and executing dealer training programs and events.

Translate and interpret business documents, presentations, and meetings between English and Chinese. And all other ad-hoc tasks.

About You:

Current Drivers Licence and a good driving record

Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Prior experience in dealership operations, automotive, or related industries preferred.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Understanding of Australian automotive market trends and dealership business models is a plus.
