We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client's team. Leverage your experience in securing new B2B clients, driving sales, and expanding market reach to make an immediate impact. You'll also get the chance to promote and upsell a suite of innovative software products.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and Engage New B2B Clients: Use your skills to find and secure new business opportunities.
- Drive Sales Growth: Push sales velocity and broaden client reach, exceeding KPIs and top targets.
- Develop Client Relationships: Spot growth opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Promote Our Products: Showcase and upsell a range of supplementary software solutions.
- Provide Post-Sales Support: Ensure clients have a seamless experience with implementation, training, and ongoing account management.
Who You Are:
You are a driven salesperson with a hunter mentality, passionate about high-volume, short-cycle sales. With at least 2 years of experience, you possess the technical knowledge to educate customers on diverse software products. You're skilled in engaging with high-level decision-makers and excel at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Your quick thinking and problem-solving abilities make you stand out, and your genuine, down-to-earth character is a perfect fit for our clients company culture.
A background in financial services, legal services, insurance and/or Saas/tech is a bonus!
