About the Role:
This is a full-time, internal office-based position located at a warehouse site in Melbourne, where you’ll work alongside around four office staff and the warehouse team. You’ll become a key connector between the warehouse, office, and external showroom — playing a hands-on role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
You’ll gain exposure to the full sales cycle, from customer service and logistics to supplier coordination and product selection support.
What You'll Do:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, and showroom)
Process quotes, purchase orders, and client information via CRM and ERP systems
Coordinate stock levels, lead times, collections, and warehouse logistics
Check orders and assist with warehouse communication and scheduling
Liaise with suppliers on behalf of external clients and internal stakeholders
Support sales reps with product specs, samples, and pricing
Build knowledge of the luxury product range to confidently guide clients
About You:
2+ years in customer service, sales support, or admin (preferably in interiors, construction, or design)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-focused, highly organised, and proactive
Tech-savvy with CRMs, MYOB, Excel, Word, and other admin tools
Genuinely passionate about architecture, interiors, and beautiful products
Looking to build a long-term sales career
