About the Role:
In this exciting role, you’ll become the key point of contact for both customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and operations across the board. You will play an integral part in supporting both the customer service and sales teams, managing orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure customer satisfaction is always top of mind. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and products.
Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor inventory, verify order fulfillment, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Advise customers on shipping options, delivery timelines, and logistics solutions.
Sales Support & Order Processing:
Support the sales team by ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and tracked.
Manage returns, exchanges, and cancellations in collaboration with the warehouse team to verify stock availability and ensure prompt dispatch.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee that deliveries are made on time and to customer specifications.
Assist in preparing quotes, sales documentation, and other critical reports.
Logistics & Warehouse Coordination:
Facilitate seamless communication between customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Ensure deliveries are scheduled and dispatched on time, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
Track and report inventory levels, working with the warehouse to ensure stock accuracy.
Resolve logistics challenges like delivery delays or stock shortages efficiently.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate customer records and order details in CRM and order management systems.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, inventory, and delivery metrics.
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Proven experience in customer service, sales administration, or logistics support, ideally within the warehousing or supply chain industry.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with warehouse management software (WMS), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Problem-Solving & Teamwork:
A quick thinker with a knack for resolving customer issues and logistical challenges with ease.
