Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle

Process sales orders, invoices, and maintain customer records

Support the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and CRM updates

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services

Assist with general administrative duties and office support

Previous experience in customer service and sales support
