Team Position: Allied Health Receptionist (Casual)

Location: Mandurah Health Chiropractic Clinic, located in the Mandurah Marina

About This Role:

In this role, you'll support our allied health professionals, clinic manager and colleagues and importantly, help to serve our amazing community with patient education, warm and friendly customer service and caring assistance. We seek administrative support that helps us to streamline schedules, boost efficiency and continue to excel in our commitment to deliver outstanding service and products for our patients’ health and fitness.

This Role May Be Suitable if the Following Applies:

You have at least one year of experience in a medical or allied health administrative clinic and/or certified training

You have experience in processing healthcare transactions and/or you have retail experience

You have experience coordinating administrative support for multiple team members

You have experience with Microsoft 365 and healthcare systems

You are excited to challenge yourself and learn new skills

You have a high standard of written and verbal communication as well as professional conduct

You are a good listener and care about helping people

You have a strong work ethic and deliver work on time and with excellence

You’re reliable and a problem solver.

You're passionate about our mission and work well within a team environment
