We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, self-motivated receptionist to become part of our friendly and supportive team at Next Wave Therapy.

Next Wave Therapy is a thriving allied health clinic specialising in pain, injury rehabilitation, and mental health. Our services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and naturopathy, all delivered in private treatment rooms and a large studio rehab space. We pride ourselves in offering a dynamic, friendly and supportive work environment for our staff.

About the Role
You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, supporting patients and therapists to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and managing appointments

Answering phones and emails

General administration such as filing, scanning and data entry.

Stock ordering and housekeeping

Supporting therapists and helping maintain a calm, organised clinic flow

Remuneration

We are offering the successful candidate a salary in line with The Health Professional Award rates. This includes superannuation contributions.

Skills and Experience

Experienced in reception or admin (healthcare setting preferred but not essential)

Friendly, confident, and great with people

A self-starter who enjoys working independently and as part of a team

Proficient use of computer software such as Word, Excel and emailing is essential.

Job Requirements

Work hours are flexible; however, availability for early starts (from 7:30am), late finishes (up to 6:30pm), and Saturday mornings are preferred.
