About Us

Link Rehabilitation is a boutique, highly specialised physiotherapy practice started and staffed by physiotherapists who have worked in the private medical sector for over 20 years. We are based at St John of God Murdoch Hospital where we provide inpatient and outpatient care to a wide variety of patients.

We are looking for a casual staff member to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave, able to work Mondays and Tuesdays 8:00AM - 4:00PM.

The Role

Welcoming patients and acting as the face of the business

Answering the phone, scheduling appointments and handling general enquiries

Invoicing patients and processing payments including Medicare and health fund claims

Liaising with third party organisations regarding billing and correspondence

Managing an electronic patient database

Various other admin duties as required

About You

Punctual, reliable and presenting yourself in a professional manner

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently

Medical receptionist experience essential with allied health experience most desirable

Experience with Cliniko beneficial but not essential
