As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled IT Support Technician for a full-time role.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Level 1 & 2 IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and customer service. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote and on-site support for small and medium-sized businesses, understanding their unique IT needs and challenges.
User Support: Assist end-users with hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Windows & Server Management: Work with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies to deploy, configure, and maintain IT environments.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Solutions: Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other cloud platforms to improve business productivity and collaboration.
Networking & Security: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Hardware & Software Maintenance: Work with servers, PCs, Macs, iOS, and Android devices, ensuring they function optimally.
Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear, professional, and effective communication when explaining technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
3+ years’ experience in Level 1 & 2 IT support (preferably in an MSP or IT services environment).
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent customer service & communication skills to interact with clients at various technical skill levels.
Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
Experience with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and security settings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of IT support experience in the IT industry.
A valid Australian driver’s license (for on-site client visits).
