IT Service Desk Officer (Level 1)
Do you have a year experience in an IT support role and feel ready to expand your current skills with a growing company?
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Officer to join our Support team in Forest Hill.

Your responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Level 1 IT Help Desk, Email, Phone and Onsite support

End user interaction and support for users of all skill levels and ages

Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration

Server & Cloud Administration and Maintenance tasks

Monitor and report the performance, availability and security of systems.

Maintain documentation for the IT department

This role requires the successful applicant to demonstrate the following skills:

Very good English language skills

1 Year work experience in IT support or similar role

Driver’s License required

Police Check and Working with Children's Check required

High levels of initiative and enthusiasm

A strong passion for technology

Eagerness to learn and develop IT skills

Able to work well as part of a team, but also independently as required.

Good time keeping skills

A flexible attitude towards working roles

Technical documentation skills

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Product, Apps and Services

Knowledge of Microsoft OS platforms

Friendly customer service skills are essential

Tertiary Education and Microsoft certification will be favoured
