Level 2 IT Support Engineer – Hybrid Role
Location: Narre Warren (Hybrid – Min. 4 days in office)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $75k-90k (Based on experience and certifications)

ICONIC IT Solutions is a fast-growing MSP working predominantly within the Microsoft ecosystem. We deliver managed services and project solutions with a focus on reliability, responsiveness, and real partnerships with our clients.

We’re looking for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team and help support our growing client base. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves solving problems, thinks critically, and thrives in a dynamic MSP environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide Level 2 support across a wide range of client environments (remote and onsite)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Intune, networking, and endpoint systems

Escalate and collaborate with the senior technical and project teams when needed

Work with vendors and clients to deliver clear, timely communication and resolutions

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing service improvements

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Level 2 support role, ideally within an MSP

Strong technical knowledge across:

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)

Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy

Azure AD, Intune, basic Azure admin

Experience with NinjaRMM and HaloPSA is highly desirable

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Clear, professional communication – both written and verbal

A Microsoft certification (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102, or similar) is strongly preferred

Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
