The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with sales, marketing, technical and inventory teams to drive product success. Responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing go to market strategies including market share growth, localisation, training and new product launches
- Leading product lifecycle planning and inventory strategy for machines and work tools
- Supporting sales teams with technical insights, client relationships and product positioning
- Providing subject matter expertise on product specifications, technologies, customer applications and limitations
- Validating inventory orders using pipeline and lead generation insights
- Planning and managing work tools for both new sales and aftermarket, including standard offer development
- Collaborating on marketing initiatives, attending industry events and supporting national sales campaigns
About You
You’re a commercially minded product leader who understands the construction and machinery space. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and real world execution. To be successful, you will have:
- Expertise in construction industry applications and product use cases
- Experience with OEM products in a product management, technical sales or account leadership role
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
