We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to drive the evolution and growth for a start-up operating in General Advice (Life Insurance).
The organisation has made significant headway including having agreements in place with a significant number of partners and in building a platform that offers all products in market and which is technologically superior.

- Whilst the founder is looking to scale, compliance and ensuring things are done in the right way are of equal importance. It's a premium operation.
- You'll be responsible for building the team. There is a desire to continually develop people along with designing a structure that offers career pathways for staff.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Building and shaping the General Advice Contact Centre.
- Recruiting, training, onboarding and inducting, coaching and developing the team.
- Contributing to the growth strategy and the development of the people and the function.
- Defining the structure and career pathways for the team.
Attributes of the right person:
- Previous experience having managed, coached, and developed a phone-based team of Sales/ Contact Centre agents.
- Keen on someone with life insurance experience.
- Looking for capability (experience) and a growth mindset (a desire to continually develop).
