What You Will Do In Your First Year
- Take full ownership of a dynamic sales team of 12, with two direct reports across both inside and field sales.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture through coaching, mentoring, and celebrating wins.
- Drive consistent improvements in sales process and customer experience to elevate brand trust and revenue.
- Partner with senior leadership to align sales strategy with growth targets and company vision.
- Implement robust reporting frameworks to measure success and identify new opportunities.
