Treescape is a leading Vegetation Management company, specialising in powerline vegetation control and the management of public and commercial green assets across Australia.
We currently have a vacancy at our Wacol office for a Fleet/General Admin Assistant to join the team.
Your tasks range will include:
Providing administrative support across a range of functions, including data entry, record-keeping, filing and assisting administration team.
Purchase orders and goods receipting tasks.
Coordinating the scheduling and maintenance of our vehicle fleet, including liaising with service providers and monitoring compliance with regulations, internal processes and audits.
Assisting with the onboarding and training of new drivers, ensuring all necessary documentation and certifications are in order
Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Supporting the broader operations team as needed to achieve business objectives
It is highly desirable if you have the below experience or skill sets:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Fast keyboard skills, with an accuracy rate of 98%.
Good telephone manner, listening and communication skills.
Previous administration / fleet / clerical experience
