Bonza Business & Franchise Sales is changing the way businesses are bought and sold in Australia, and we’re looking for a creative, organised, and people-focused administrator to join the ride.
You’ll be at the heart of the action! Working with business owners ready to sell, buyers ready to buy, and brokers ready to make deals happen. From writing standout adverts to keeping our systems sharp and clients supported, your role is vital to how we deliver our 5-star service.
This isn’t your average admin job. We’re a tech-powered brokerage that believes in great systems, better service, and having a bit of fun along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating eye-catching business adverts and polished business profiles using our AI-driven tools (no experience needed – we’ll show you how).
Responding to buyer and seller enquiries by phone and email, you’ll often be the first voice they hear.
Managing key touchpoints between buyers, sellers and our broker team.
Assisting with database and social media marketing (templates, training, and tools provided).
Supporting marketing activities to grow the Bonza brand.
What We’re Looking For:
A warm, confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and general office tech — CRM experience a bonus.
A flair for writing or marketing is highly regarded, but not essential.
Most of all: a team player who’s reliable, friendly, and ready to grow with us.
