We are a multi-faceted maintenance company providing commercial facility services in cleaning, grounds and building maintenance. We take on both small and large commercial contracts including ad hoc and projects.

Role - Full time Admin Assistant
We are looking for an honest and reliable team member with a fantastic work ethic, for a full time Admin Assistant position in our fast-paced Coolum Beach Head Office.
This role is dynamic, and tasks will be across all areas of Admin including Service, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Social Media, HR and Compliance.
With 3+ years’ experience in administration you will be required to reach KPI’s, work under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritise your tasks and manage your time independently, whilst receiving direction and feedback from the Office Manager, Operations Manager and the Managing Director.
As a Level 3-5 Admin, you will be required to help junior team members where necessary and foster a supportive environment.
An ASAP start is preferred.
Office hours are Monday to Friday and your hours for consideration are 8:30am – 4:30pm
This is an in-office role, no work from home will be considered.
Your salary will be based on your experience, skills, and what you can bring to the role.

Coolum Beach, Queensland on the beautiful Sunshine Coast

Considerations
Highly enabled technology and computing skills
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, PhotoShop, Lightroom, AfterEffects, PremierPro
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Admin
Own reliable transport to factory/office
Current Police Clearance Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English
Great phone manner is required
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
Highly developed time management and organisational skills are a must
Have a can-do, productive outcome based attitude
Be adaptable to fluctuations in workload, resources and tasks
Ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team and still have fun
