We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is eager to grow both personally and professionally within our organization. The Service Manager will play a crucial role in leading our service department, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a customer-centric approach and preferably with a multi franchised background.

Responsibilities:
Lead the service department with strong organisational skills, making informed decisions to optimise departmental performance.
Understand and effectively manage Service Department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financials to drive profitability and efficiency.
Build and maintain a positive team culture that prioritises exemplary customer service and fosters collaboration and mutual respect among team members.
Demonstrate a strong customer focus, quickly establishing rapport, and nurturing lasting relationships with clients.
Utilise effective listening and interpersonal communication skills to address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Foster a team-oriented approach, promoting reliability, self-motivation, and accountability among team members.
Working with brands such as Fendt, Landini, Can-Am, Toro, Kubota, Krone, and Isuzu Truck.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Strong understanding of Service Department KPIs and financial management principles.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team culture that prioritises customer satisfaction.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on active listening and relationship-building.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
