About the role
Due to an internal restructure, we are currently looking to speak with existing Service Managers or other proven leaders to head up our client's strong performing workshop, located in Adelaide's northern suburbs.

The ideal candidate will be process driven, who is keen to show what they can do and run the Workshop as if it's their own. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.

This is a small and tight knit team in the workshop, so existing leadership experience is paramount. You will be joining a team that will support you in achieving your goals.

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
• Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
• Strong computer literacy skills

Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

An excellent remuneration package, comprising of a healthy retainer, bonus system and car allowance will be offered to the successful candidate (c. $125k - $135k base + c. $20k in incentives + car allowance).
