Gold Coast company with over 25 year history in Biosecurity chemical and dosing equipment supply throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, seeks an experienced and reliable bookkeeper for 24 hours per week with flexibility within business hours.
The business which is based at Upper Coomera, operates via a network of Distributors and only has two full time staff plus support from the Directors and owners as required. The warehouse premises has separate airconditoned offices and off-street parking.
The primary tasks of the position are to prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, Invoicing, payroll, filing, assistance with stock control and general administration duties for the Australian business as well as provide preliminary figures for our sister company in New Zealand. Both companies operate via Xero. Experience in this format is essential. There may be the availability of an extra couple of days a month for an associated company which operates on MYOB. Competency in this platform would be an advantage.
